Current Professional Activities
Agnes is full-time professor at the Maryhill School of Theology (MST), President and founding member of DaKaTeo (Catholic Theological Society of the Philippines) and. 2004 coordinator of the Ecclesia of Women in Asia (association of Catholic women theologians in Asia). She helped conceptualize the Migration Theology Program in the Philippines in collaboration with the Scalabrini Migration Center and the Episcopal Commission on Migrants and Itinerant Peoples, and teaches the course Ethics and Migration in MST, St. Vincent School of Theology and the Loyola School of Theology. She is also the Theology and Religious Studies Series editor of the Ateneo de Manila University Press and editorial board member of the academic journal Asian Christian Review. She is married to another lay theologian Emmanuel S. de Guzman.
