To all students enrolled in the Ateneo de Manila civil degree (MA, PhD) programs:


1) New Students: Official Ateneo Acceptance Letter
 
All new STB-MA/PhD students are requested to proceed to the Ateneo Office of the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs (Kostka Hall) to sign and claim their official Ateneo Acceptance Letters. Ms. Em and staff will provide you with instructions regarding your other admission requirements in order to be officially enlisted in the records of the Office of the Registrar. Please do so as soon as possible in order to avoid problems in the future.

2) Ateneo Tuition Receipt Forms

Some Ateneo Tuition Receipt Forms for the 1st Semester are now available for pick up at LST.

Members of Religious congregations that have boxes at the 2nd Floor near Blessings Photocopy Center may pick up the Receipts from their respective congregational boxes. (The receipts have been placed together in a single envelope per Congregation.) Kindly distribute promptly to the members of your communities.

Receipts of Jesuits and San Jose Seminarians have been sent to their respective Rectors. Please claim the receipts from them.

Other religious and lay students may pick up their receipts directly at the LST Secretariat (c/o Levi Bolos or Dave Garcia).

Please note that the LST Secretariat has not yet received the Tuition Receipts of all LST Students enrolled in the civil degree programs. Those whose receipts have been released are listed here (Word document).

3) Ateneo ID Card

To have your Ateneo de Manila ID processed (new ID for new enrollees, validation for old students), please present your Ateneo Tuition Receipt Form at the Associate Dean for Student Affairs (ADSA) at Xavier Hall during office hours. IDs will be processed until next week, the week of June 21-24. Pls. be reminded that Monday, June 20, is a special non-working holiday.

4) AISIS Account Activation

With the Ateneo Tuition Receipt Number, new students can activate their personal Ateneo Integrated Student Information System (AISIS) accounts. Just follow the procedures in the site:
